Well, let's see…I have the pleasure of being a new father to a cool 10-month old boy and a husband to a beautiful and loving Cape Verdean goddess. 

In addition, I get to mix two of my passions – the environment and money management – in my profession of developing green communities, with more sustainable buildings and environmentally sound site planning, often on contaminated, infill real estate.  I&'m also finishing up a PhD in green building.

When I'm not involved in these activities, I'm piddling in my small garden, meditating, or trying to get lost in the woods nearby.

Lastly, I've written a book about my three years spent living in Japan and traveling Asia on the JET Program.  I'm very excited about sharing my experiences in this book with a larger audience – there were just too many unusual life-changing adventures for a guy to keep to himself, from bathing in holy Hindu springs in Bali and living in Thai Buddhist monasteries to hiking in a primeval Malaysian rainforest and using Japanese to teach cute kids English.  The book is called Three Years in Asia, and I'd honored if you checked it out at www.lulu.com/Chris_Wedding.  Plus, 25% of profits go to charities which support underprivileged children in Southeast Asia, as we met and befriended so many while we were there.
